We ship your order with DHL or DPD within Europe. Please note that not all shipping services are available for all countries. You can also specify a Packstation or a PaketShop as delivery location.

• Germany / Austria
  From an order value of 150,00 Euro we deliver your order free of shipping costs to Germany and Austria.
  
  
  
  The shipping costs below the order value of 150,00 Euro are 6,99 € for Germany and 15,99 € for Austria for the shipping with DHL. 
  
  
  
  The shipping costs below the order value of 150,00 € are 5,99 € for Germany and 8,99 € for Austria for shipping with DPD.
   
• Europe
  Shipping within Europe is currently done exclusively with DHL. We have grouped the different countries into three zones.
  
  
  
  Europe Zone 1: Zone 1 includes the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland and Czech Republic. The shipping cost to these countries is 19,99 Euro. We offer this shipping service free of charge for orders over 350,00 Euro.
  
  Europe Zone 2: Zone 2 includes the following countries: Andorra, Italy, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Hungary. The shipping cost to these countries is 24,99 Euro. We offer this shipping service free of charge for orders over 500,00 Euro.
  
  Europe Zone 3: Zone 3 includes the following countries: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus, Liechtenstein and Switzerland. The shipping cost to these countries is 29,99 Euro. We offer this shipping service free of charge for orders over 750,00 Euro.

Terms of delivery
After the payment has been received, the goods will be dispatched immediately, at the latest within the next 1 to 2 working days. If the shipment will be delayed in exceptional cases, we will inform you accordingly. Delivery takes place at our risk up to the delivery address you specified. If the goods could not be delivered for a reason for which we are not responsible (e.g. notified shipments will not be picked up), the goods are deemed to be properly delivered. Our shipping providers allocate the verification for the proper delivery. In this case, you must bear the costs of the return and the additional shipping costs for a new delivery.

Costs for returns
The cost of returns within the 30-day period (in the course of the right of withdrawal) is borne by you as the buyer.
